Critique my diet please

Ok..I am on a cutting cycle but also am looking to add a few lean lbs. I am 6'3" around 205 now with around 12% bf...looking to be around 212 and 8% bf. I am doing a winny/anavar cycle. Here is what I am thinking of eating, let me know what changes I should make:

Breakfast
eat 6eggwhites/2 yokes
2 slices whole wheat toast
1 serving oatmeal

Midmorning
Protein Bar ( I am at class)

Lunch
Protein Shake
2 chicken breasts
2 cup rice
1 cup stir fry vegetables

Preworkout meal
4oz lean meat
6oz sweet potato

Post workout meal
12 oz grapefruit juice
wait 20mins
60grms whey plus-
Dextrose & Maltodextrin
Spinach salad

Dinner
3 cans of tuna
8 oz sweet potato

up the protein and lower the carbs slightly.... anavar works very good with high protein diets. also, add some creatine to your cycle and you should put on a few extra pounds. 10g/day is a good dose. good luck bro!
 
Yea, forgot to add that I am going to use the creatine also. Should I add another protein shake in the preworkout meal?? Where should I drop the carbs from and where should I add more protein?

I would add more protein to your breakfast. Either double up on the eggs, or add a shake as well.

As far as carbs go, I would go with only 1 cup rice at lunch. If you are still hungry, you can always add more vegetables.

I really don't know much about your whinny/anavar cycle, but as far as your cutting diet goes, I think it looks pretty good.

My Cycle

Winny 50mg ed
Anavar 40mg ed (1/2 morn and 1/2 8 hrs. later)
Creatine 10-15g a day
Clomid post cycle
ALA 600mg
Cranberry juice
L-Glutamine
2-3 gallons of water ed

-I have superclen, but I cant find anyone to tell me how to dose or if it would be good to do or not. The search only comes up with conflicting arguements.
