It doesn't have to screw on, some barrels are made with a certain choke, basically restricting the last inch or so of the barrel, it should tell you on the barrel, most bird guns are full or modified, most 18" defense etc are no choke. Look at your barrel, its a fixed something.
musclelove i started doing hiit on a stationary bike about 6 weeks ago, Your body does adapt, but because of tissue damage etc I do it every other day, gives the legs the needed rest, regular cardio doesn't seem to tear my legs up nearly as much. Today i did 10 sec on 20 off x20 as an example...
Go to a leather shop, or boot shop, you have to take the dye off first, you can buy a compound and try it yourself, not sure of the name, then you apply the dye, it shouldn't cost much to just have them do it, they re-dye boots all the time.
Reminds of of my home brewing days, somehow yeast started up in there and was eating all that sugar for those 6 days, yeast + sugar = fermentation ie the bubbles. Let it sit for another month or so and you may have the worst tasting beer around.
Got a Creative Zen abit ago, very cool. Battery is replaceable so no Ipod worries, has a touch bar for scrolling, and small enough to pocket for the gym. And a gig more then the ipod mini. My buddy got one too, no complaints thus far.
seems like a common problem, When i got it, went to the doc he said it was a pressure headache, when you go hard the blood pressure gets ya, if your holding your breath at all during a bench set that could be one cause, thats how i got mine. Im talking 1-3 sec of holding my breath not anything...
If your not growing from all that volume, I would switch it up, do heavy lifts core movements, less volume, if you do a split make it simple, its really not complex, eat a lot and lift as heavy as possible while keeping form good. Personally I've been lifting once every 3-5 days full body heavy...
I had it the other week, granted I was already pretty well off, but it was quite good, its a wheat beer so you can't expect the same 'thick' taste as other ales etc. Do you like any other wheat beers? They all seem pretty thin as you put it compared to ale but they have a place. Germans drink...
there talking about the vacuum pose, famous in the old school bodybuilders, probably best known with zane, all those guys did it. In Arnolds book it tells you how to perfect it, basically sucking in your gut and holding, after time your stomach will stay "in" more, the details are in his book...
I'd figure it would be hard to keep the weight between your legs without dropping it, get a rope or a web belt, shouldn't be too hard to jerryrig something, Me and my bro used a old military strap for along time. Hope that helps
I personally only do dips, I don't care about my bench numbers, heavy weighted dips are great and no spotter needed, this article says similiar a classic by Dr. Leistner,

I don't post much but had a similiar problem, was doing bench press when my head starting throbbing. Everytime i tried to lift it would come back, It took about a month for it to go away, but still shows up mildly if i do a real heavy set of deads/squats, its called a blood pressure or tension...
