    Thanx ;) i posted twice casue iwasnt sure if it mattered that he had cycled or not and was hoping to get an answer from the crowd who do not fitness the steroid section. and yes i agree it was a good answer. So, it does NOT repair torn muscle fibers?

    Maybe I shoulda mentioned I'll only do about 4/5 exercises per workout Example: Bench, Incline Flies, Pullover, Dips for chest morning or night. For a shoulder workout Arnold press, Upright Row, Shrugs, Rear delt row.
