Breakfast usually holds me until lunch. I usually don't eat breakfast until about 8:30 - 9:00. Then lunch is about 12 - 12:30. If I should get hungry in between, then I'll make a shake or munch on some carrots.

What are sissies? I've never heard of them? Do you get the same results as squats? I have a hard time with squats. I'm 5'11" and it tends to hurt my back...and always my knees. Maybe my form isn't correct, but I'm pretty sure it's not far off. Could sissies replace squats permanently?
Breakfast - 4 egg whites and 1 egg w/yolk - topped with a little cheddar cheese.
Protein shake in between if many hours until lunch
Lunch - can of tuna mixed with no carb ranch dressing, with chopped onion, celery and carrots.
Dinner - usually chicken...either grilled... or baked, sprinkled...
It might not neccessarily prevent her from getting, but I would wait until the infection clears. The beginning stages of pregnancy are the most important, most delicate. Any kind of infection in there will not be good for the cells as they divide. I would advise to wait until the infection...

I'm going to look into HIIT. I've never done anything like that...usually just the standard treadmill stuff. Hopefully this will help burn the fat faster!!
