Was the opposite with me. When I started juicing with my friend he wouldnt get any side effects but my nipples were sore as hell all the time. Just had surgery to get rid of the gyno 2 daysd ago. Hurts like hell.
Thanks for all the comments guys. I think he should wait a bit to juice, the hamburger helper diet seems like a good idea though hehe. He sometimes wishes he has my metabolism but hell I wish I had his. Mine is slooooooooow as hell.
