Yes sorry I haven't been able to update my schedule is literally gym/work/daughter but I just finished week 3 and am up 6 lbs and have lost a considerable amount of bodyfat already at the same time hard as a rock, vascularity is getting insane, pumps, strength and stamina and recovery are in full effect I'm still adding alot to my lifts although cutting, my cardio is back, when I first started this cycle I couldn't even finish 10-15 mins now I'm burning 500 cals in under 30 mins on the full body eliptical and stair stepper... I'm very very horny for only running 270 sust a week maybe something to do with the mast hehe all in all I feel great very confident happy and agressive in a good way though

I owe week 3 pics so I'ma try and get my roomate to take some full body poses tonight :)


The horniness is from the Tbol. That stuff makes me horny as a mother fucker.

Nice progress, though. Keep it up.

I think I cut my self short by only getting enough for 5 weeks I feel like I shoulda run this 6 weeks minimum so I'm running the mhn for 6-7 weeks insteada 5 still at 20 mgs ed that should really help with the shredding I WILL be 6% by the end of this :)

Five weeks is fine on Tbol. Let the Test, Mast, and Primo take care of the rest. Those should be kicking in full gear now.

It's the mast mix 150 enanthate 50 prop I'm def feeling some of the mast but def nowhere near how 700 mgs a week should feel I'm not posting my workouts because I don't have time to and I'm not bulking so there won't be huge increases in my lifts either way this cycle is purely a shredder but I still plan on ending it around 210 my starting weight was 200 and I am around 206 right now dropping from 12-6% should be impressive enough :)

whats your diet for this?

I don't have time to prepare meals so I'll eat at subway or just get grilled chicken sandwhiches or steamed vegetables and meat dishes not completely clean but no dressing or mayo 4 solid meals a day and a shake before bed and one at midnight

looking good man but definetaly carrying some water retention, but i think u carry water nicely, helps make you look thicker and fuller

thank you sir I hold my fat somewhat well to haha you can't really tell it's there unless I'm sitting with a slouch I'm pretty upset with myself for not dieting and doing cardio this long but I didn't realize I was slowly putting on fat till I saw a year old pics of me :( from here on it's gonna be 100% though :D

What's wrong with Mayo? It is all healthy fats. I have a table spoon and a half of Mayo every single day with one of my meals to get in a lot of healthy fats for one of my meals.

Haha, I bet you use Jiff or Skippy. You should go with all natural peanut butter.

I do not bother adding peanut butter into my cutters though, because I cannot take that all natural stuff. If I am gonna' eat peanut butter, I am gonna' eat some mother fuckin peanut butter. I go with my boy Skippy.

Weighed in at 208 today week 4 so I'm up 8 lbs and leaner, getting very vascular too...

had a quick question I just got a 20 ml vial of test prop and was thinking about adding it to my cycle at 200 mgs making my total test dosage 470 a week... would that spike my estrogen enough to maybe cause gyno or should my dosage of primo 500 mgs and mast 700 mgs control it totally? I'm running the mhn 6 weeks at 20 mgs ED with dostinex as soon as I finish the tbol...

Should I just save the prop for my next cycle or add it?
