Cycle evaluation Please.beast cycle ready?

Hello,i'd like to get some feedback from those who know better if I'm ready to roll with this
Beastdrol Cycle.Thanks!

Cycle
-Beast 4 to 5 weeks.

Cycle Support
-N2Guard
-Double dose of Bridge(HGGenerate was my first choice but its forever out of stock)

Post Cycle Therapy
-Phytoserms 347
-Unleashed double pack.

Someone please let me know if I am ready to roll.I've heard great things about beast.I've
run other PH before but im really exited about this one.Just want to make sure im doint it right.


My Split

Day 1 Chest

Day 2 Legs and calves

Day 3 Back + 5 sets of biceps

Day 4 Shoulder Triceps

Day 5 Biceps


My diet

-13 egg whites and giant bowl of oatmeal after workout

-Meals Lots of baked chicken,Brown rice,lentails,carrots,and red beats.
I precook my meals weekly so i eat 3 of these meals through the day.

-Snacks

-giant bowl of keishi protein cereal with skim milk a couple times a day.

-Peanut butter sandwich on wheat flats about 3 times per day.

Me

-5'10

-195 lbs

-about 18% body fat.

why are you working one of the smallest muscle groups (biceps) twice in one week? that doesn't make any sense at all. I'd turn day 5 into a rest day.

4-5 weeks of Beastdrol, 20 mg's, 40mg's, 1000mg's?

Not a big fan of training 5 days in a row...I like 2-3 days on, day off, etc. But if it works for you...

Diet seems a little off, that's a lot of cereal and a lot of peanut butter...which equals a lot of sugar

I forgot to mention why biceps twice a week.I want to work on my weak points(biceps and calves during cycle)The 5 sets of bicep on back day are light high rep sets.Think this is over training the biceps?Also,i will adapt a rest day in between instead of the 5 days in a row.Thanks for the 2 cent.

For nutrition i will be doing more grocery shopping relative to one of the great replies from you guys.Thanks.
 
yes its a good idea to add RADAR's list and swap out the milk and the peanut butter (unless its the real stuff, not the processed crap that is sold in most places) since you are on the plump side 18%

I would also recommend you drop your bf% to 15 which would not be difficult to do at all before starting this cycle.

and finally do the drol only 4 weeks. no reason to go longer.. save the rest for a later cycle.
 
As far as the supplement information goes you are ready to roll. Beast is some amazing stuff.....your gains will be great. Watch for sides. The N2Guard should help.
 
Both splits look good, for me the key is to always change the split and always change the routine on any 1 day...

I'd stick with one dose of Beast start to finish...

Dunno how long Post Cycle/Unleashed will be out of stock but it might be worth waiting for...

Calves are a trouble spot for everyone (except me, but on me every OTHER body part sucks) you can train calves a few times a week, try training them on a day other than leg day...
try this calf workout:

Pick one exercise, moderate weight (you'll be doing 75 reps)

Do 20 strict reps (don't bounce like everyone else) and keep going until failure...

Wait 10 seconds

Start counting from the number where you left off and do as many reps as possible

Wait 10 seconds again

Start counting from the number where you left off and do as many reps as possible

Keep doing this till you hit 75 reps....shouldn't take you more than 4-5 minutes....
