Ok, so here is what I noticed in my short time of running them.
#1 - muscle fullness. I looked very full and large. I had weight gain up to 5lbs, and this was coming OFF cycle.
#2 - intense pumps. Painful at times.
#3 - my face was tight - it felt like I had a hangover and people always thought it looked like I just woke up. I don't mean it gave me hangover symptoms, but had that puffy I didn't get much sleep last night feel in my facial muscles. I felt fine physically, great actually - just tight skin from bloat I'd imagine.
#4 - since I was coming off cycle, I didn't notice GAINS in strength, but rather maintenance.
#5 - none of this was lasting. The weight, the fullness, the pumps, the whole she-bang was gone as quick as it arrived. Because of this - I would not run these again.
