So I'm on a supp rotation of 15g of creatine a day (along with some other things).

A combo of Ancient Strength, Thermolife C-BOL, and RAW MCC.....

I left the gym today looking like I was pregnant and had stomach cramps like I had just eaten indian food. I haven't had any problems with creatine before, is there any way to avoid this type of workout-ending cramps and bloats without downing the dose?

You don't need 15g a day... 5 is plenty. As far as a loading phase goes, if thats what you are trying to do, its not necessary and there is no difference in the ultimate gains you will earn.

You likely need more water at the moment, because you took a crap ton of creatine and the bloat could be from the kidneys having a hell of a fun time :)

I've previously been advised 15-20gs as a regular dose for my body weight, and I've been drinking plenty of water.

I think I boiled it down to an empty stomach with 15g of creatine in it and niacin.........just didnt work out very well.

What makes you say 5g as opposed to more?

Dosing varies between types of creatine. Creatine monohydrate would be what I would recommend 5g of. For C-Bol, follow the instructions on the label for the pre and post workout dosing. Same with the other products.

I always drink only water at the gym, and plenty of it.

Ancient Strength itself has 4800mg of monohydrate in it as well as 190g of creatine phosphate, and 10g of creatine pyruvate.

C-Bol contains 10g on the recommended doesage, and RAW MCC has 5g as the recommended dosage. So If I stuck to these doses I would be throwing down 20 grams a day.

Should I cut out the C-BOL to take it down to a manageable 10g?
 
That's old school to take that much creatine. Reminds me of the old "loading phase" lol
