So I'm on a supp rotation of 15g of creatine a day (along with some other things).
A combo of Ancient Strength, Thermolife C-BOL, and RAW MCC.....
I left the gym today looking like I was pregnant and had stomach cramps like I had just eaten indian food. I haven't had any problems with creatine before, is there any way to avoid this type of workout-ending cramps and bloats without downing the dose?
