Having problems with needto protein bars

worksux

New member
I made a batch of the bars and after putting them in the fridge over night i noticed that on one side of the batch there is a layer of white liquid that is on top of the bars. im wondering if i can still eat it?

also i've made them before without and trouble, this is the first time this has happened.

thanks

I would just contact needto and ask.

I am guessing you used too much water as well. How much PB and honey did you used?

sounds like too much water.
iv mad MANY batched and never had this happen.
its ood.
did you follow instructions and MESURE the water with the proper tools? or did you eyeball it?

id also say too much water. i used too much water the first time i made them and i got that in the bottom of the pan a little bit. they are delicious but really hard to make without the right "tools".

its definitely not milk because it keeps happening unless i freeze the batch. i guess its too much water, because i washed the bowl i mixed the content in before i used it and didnt dry it (maybe left over water?). but yea this is the first time this has happened to me. i've made many batches as well.

I know there good, but if you stop jerking off while you're making them, you prolly won't have that problem. :)

Don't use water, Warm the Peanut butter in a pot on the stove, add the honey mix well ,and then the mix ,the heat makes it a breeze to mix up!Be sure to press it out good before placing in the fridge!
