How much arimidex?

First I would find a more knowledgeable doctor who knows a little more about how these things work and addressing the side effects. Anyway, the correct answer is that everyone is different and may require more/less AI to get you dialed in. That being said, Zyglamail offered an excellent starting point, and I suggest start with .5 Arimidex twice a week. After 4-6 weeks, assuming you are still at 100mg Test Cyp a week, I would have a blood test to see where your estrogen is at.
I'm a little heavier than you (200) and at 150 Test Cyp (.75 2x Week), and .5 Arimidex 3x Week, my Estradiol was lowered to 26, which many agree is a highly desirable level.

I've been on the 100 mg a week for 8 weeks now.
I have an appoint with an endo, but it's not till march.
And yeah it would be nice to just get another family doc, but I'm in canada
And switching docs isn't a simple thing.
He's an odd doc, some things he admits it's not his area- like prescribing an
AI , he says he doesn't feel comfortable with that.
But yet he was totally comfortable trying to preach to me that there's
No proof that high estrogen in a man can cause issues.
Unexplained to him that , after 3 weeks of my injections I was feeling alittle
Relief, but at week 5 I crashed again, and I believe it's the higher estrogen causing
It.
Not to mention, water retention , bloating.
But again he says, nothing he can do.
I know now he's a numbers doc as well.
My levels have gone up , but there barely mid range. He says
"oh your in the normal range now"
I just wanna get the endo appoint done with, then hopefully she will just
Get me on a better dose of test, and an AI , after that I can hopefully
Be allowed to this on my own ( doc won't let me self inject)
I've learned so much the last few months, I feel confident I'll be able to
Manage this on my own.
Pretty bad when u can get more relaiable info from ppl you've never met

In that case....I would do some research on elevated estrogen levels in males and print it out. When you go to the next appointment, simply hand the stack of material to him and ask that he take a good look at it. I had to do this once a long time ago......it worked.

you can do 3 days and get blood work in a few months to recheck your levels, adjust if necessary. +1 means he agrees...
