I'm seeing oral dostinex available, is that what I should be looking at? it's decently expensive, should I be stocking up on this? should I be taking it throughout the cycle or only if I experience sides? only other question is, what type of dosage should I be taking?

I do my research and learn what I can the same way any of you did. I'm not a chemist I didn't design my gear in my basement. but hey at least I walked away from my college education able to spell the word "steroid" right?

what's funny is that you guys will run your mouths to no end, meanwhile numerous reputable sites are specifying that pregnyl is directly used to prevent deca sides so it's confusing seeing such varied feedback. perhaps providing your own input with actual sources of information would provide less of a pointless waste of your time

If you are dead set on running the deca then get some dostinex or you could use forma stanzol from NTBM - 10 pumps AM and PM.
1-12 test @ 500mg
1-10 deca @ 300mg
1-12 hcg 500iu twice a week

There is a responsible way to do these things, and despite what some of the others blasted you for, you are doing something right by posting and discussing it here.

The responsible way that some people adjust their bodies, is by starting out with a full blood workup (all hormone levels, including free Testosterone, Estrogen, Progesterone, and Cortisol, along with the usual blood work for a regular physical. You can't know what to restore or enhance, if you don't know where you stand beforehand.

Some people guess, but that's not a very wise thing in my opinion, but I'm not their father or a doctor or a cop. The thing is, it's not all about safety; it's about how well the use of AAS will work, vs. all of it being wasted by your body counteracting it. The only way to know what dose of which Gear, is to know and understand your hormone levels now, and know how much of what Gear will change which values in your favor. It's very dangerous if you just goof around with trial & error, but it's relatively safe if you know what you're doing, and know exactly what to watch out for.

Bottom line is I'd suggest getting a blood test with at least the basic hormone levels, and if you can, find a doctor who will be on your side and tell you the truth about your results. If not, at least come here and get some opinions from the board...

keeps getting better. you are going to correct a spelling error of mine to cover up your completely idiotic life choices and huge lack of knowledge.


bro you arent like everyone else. normal people do their research before they do a cycle. Not when they are already on almost 2 grams a week lol.

hcg combats shutdown. deca will shut you down so hcg works for this.. not controlling estrogen, prolactine, progesterone.
 
IMO, the training hierarchy is:

1. Basic, sound lifting program. Then train hard with it and push for gains.

2. Abundant food intake and sleep. These both go hand in hand imo. If either one is lacking it will hinder you. You need to eat to grow. Alot of guys talk about doing clean bulks and gaining lean muscle, but many of these guys already have pretty advanced physiques. As a lightweight/noob you should be focusing on training hard on the basics and eating enough to gain "bodyweight" and get continuously stronger.

3. Basic supplements like multi-vitamin/mineral, fish oil, vitamin c, protein powder, creatine in that order.









4. Anabolic/Androgenic steroids.

Despite being so broke I can't afford protein powder and only eating about 4 moderate size meals a day I've been making great gains in the gym for the last couple of months do to hard training on the basic compounds lifts and solid sleep intake.

I'm using 250mg sustanon every 5th day atm because I don't see the point using more when I can't even get my protein intake where I want it atm and am still making great gains because the training is spot on, the sleep is plentiful and the diet is adequate. There's no point using bigger dosages if A. you aren't already really fucking big and strong or B. your dietary protein intake and/or training intensity aren't high enough to warrant it.

There's no way in hell you require 1000mg test and 600 deca to grow. I would turn into a fucking monster off that dose!

If you aren't already pretty physically advanced and can't grow off 500mg test ew which is about 4-5x the level of young healthy stud of a guy then there is something clearly wrong with what you are doing and that's the bottom line.
