Meh, not really. There is a general standard of attractiveness that the vast majority of men will agree with. That pic posted earlier is an example. Everybody rated those girls between 5 and 6, which I agree with.
There is a general theory of facial beauty related to the Golden ratio or PHI. This deals with proportion. When presented with illustrated examples of ideal proportion and all it's varying degrees leading to disproportion, even children preferred the most *harmonius* face. Other tangible factors were read more locally, or of a social determination. So, yes, there are fundamental reasons 'beauty' is considered 'beauty', but there are many other physical qualities determined *beautiful* because of cultural or social norms.
As for agreement amongst the men here in regards to the pic of 3 women Nan posted. Opinions are most likely colored by other poster's opinions.
