So far your arguments haven't been all that strong. No offense.

The re-writing of the bible by men is commonly known and accepted. The myth that it was preserved as god's perfect word and is complete and perfect as it is (ie. as the bishops at Nicea saw fit to compile and modify it in accordance to pagan emperor Constantine's instructions) is perpetuated by the church and believed (as far as I know) only by her followers.

1. That's disappointing. Not even the writings of early church fathers? Not that there's not enough evidence in the bible itself to refute the idea of the trinity.

2. But not believing in the trinity means you don't believe in all of god, so you don't believe in god...so you can't be saved. It is a foundation of the christian faith. Declared a creed and statement of true belief. Although, you're right about the trinity not being a requirement (at least not to God). According to the Ten Commandments (God), believing in 3 gods (trinity) might actually lead you to hell though.

3. Like so many christians for many centuries. Accepting what was taught, and handed down through tradition.

"For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:3-5

She's very convenient, she tormented me with hell for using pants, then all of a sudden she started wearing these disturbingly tight capris (that 70 year old grandmothers should never wear) and I calmly confronted her about her "no pants or u go to hell rule" and she said it applies to pants with buttons and zipper in the front like mens and hers had it in the hip and I was like WTF?

Some believe your energy just transmutes and becomes a part of everything. It's tough to make a blanket statement pagan beliefs, however, since one of the main concepts is self responsibility (i.e., an it harm none, do what thou will) with a belief of internal divinity, the idea of outside punishment for acts you committed doesn't work.

A lot of them believe in the "rule of three" that is, any ill you send out will come back to you three fold. I think that's a little too literal, and I don't believe the scales necessarily get balanced in this lifetime.
