Today was the first day in months I got angry with my wife. I yelled at her and that breaks a promise I made to myself. Fuck.

My original plan was to work until 3:30-4pm and then hit up 2 spin classes back to back.

But, nooooo...I have issues, can't turn down work. Ended up working till 11:30pm.

I've had three days off since August 25th (none in a row) and have been working 13+ hours a day for a month now seven days a week. So I feel you on the work thing.
