This is me 365 days yr. Taken totally cold, no pump.
6'4 248lb's, prolly 8%. I can maintain 7% at 240.
My HRT is 400mg cyp wk, 3iu's HGH and I throw in
200mg's nandrolone wk twice a year for 12 wks.

I currently use a hybrid of the Omega program and
Hypertrophy Specific Training.

If you are looking for aesthetic oriented training, I
can tell you that you'll not find a faster,more efficient
and injury free program anywhere.

I am in no way compensated to promote Omegas
program. He's a friend and i do this because I love
the guy and because he's a genius in this area.

I'm kinda all about 5x5 and 5-3-1 type programs, but if I ever do and I probably will again in the future do a strictly bodybuilding program I'll give Omega's a shot cuz I have now heard multiple bro's give it the thumbs up.

thanx bro. first 4 years I trained, i never went past 5 reps. I built a solid / strong
frame with squats, deadlifts and flat bench.

i'd never suggest anyone start off as a BB'er. build your foundation on
concrete then you can do bb'ing.

cable work, concentration movements and most machines shouldn't be
touched the first couple years in the gym. Bodybuilding is like building
any other structure. Strong foundation first and get fancy later.

Most of the guys who launch their weight training pursuits with steroids
and BB'ing style training do not last long or they are on again off again.

I think what has happened to be more accurate is that when I am able to work with open minded and talented people like your self, and the trust is Unconditional......................Magic happens.......

oh hey thanks for callin me out now after u didn't call me out... i defnitely dont agree with your interpretation of my post, i thought lb might have interpreted it to be appropriate and relevant to the effect of something like this....

Despite any philosophical differences the two of us might have had, it's blatantly apparent by your picture that you have achieved great success in your physique improvement endeavors and have attained an exceptional fitness level. I have great respect for the time, hard work, knowledge, and dedication it takes to achieve what you have. Since you belong to such a small percentage of people that have your combination of height/weight/bf%, anything less than a compliment to the build you have attained through bodybuilding would certainly only be in jest, and my joking in this instance would only be an extension of my admiration for your obvious accomplishments.

Hey layinback, what omega program did you do? Also what where your stats(weight, Lifts) before you start? As you said your base was strength, what kind of strength are we talking about?

Just curious, as I am kind in a cross roads with my lifting. Not sure if I want to continue strength lifting or start leaning out.

I had extensive background in weight training. I could get ripped at 210
or i could be strong at 240. Even at 240 i had abs, but not "shredded" and
I averaged one ten week cylce of AAS every 18 months or so. Very mild
cylces at that. The first 4 years of continuous training I was drug free.

I was never super strong, but i managed a 405 bench, 600 deadlift. I always
kept my waist trim with abs and a V shape.

As far as the type of omega training......... the type he instructed me to do.
I don't think there's more then one type.

I'm going to try that for a few months and see how it works out. I like the fact I can get in and out of the gym in 60 mins, including 10min warm up & cool down jog.

I don't have any desire to be strong and 1 rep max isn't a concern. Have I
retained strength? It's a different kind of strength. As you prolly know, there's
several forms of conditioning. This form of conditioning makes you tough as
nails. I've trained with guys who bench 500 + and squat 600 - 700 and I
run them into the ground.

after you get a corticosteroid shot, YES you feel good in about4 days but it masks the issue

you must give it a good month to heal, then you start back from grond zero and work up ( its a good thing actually) you get more gains if you come back correctly

I've spent countless hours on the phone with him and I consider him THE
expert on supps, diet and training. he's also a damned good dood and I consider
him a friend.
