getting blood work today !

I ran a deca 400/week and sustanon 500/week cream of the crop 12 week cycle with deca being only 10 weeks and sustanon 12 weeks.. also took beast for 4 weeks along with liver support. last sust injection was 4th of july weekend

started taking hcgenerate week 7 and have run it through and into my current PCT. started taking formestane week 8 as directed on the bottle.

also have run unleashed, post cycle, gear starting end of cycle. and 50mg clomid ed starting 3 weeks after cycle. I had planned on taking hcg instead of clomid but there was a problem with my order and it took 3 months to arrive so will save it for next PCT. (my fault for not having on hand regardless)

so I am 5+ weeks from my last sust injection so will be getting a full panel done.. including liver check.

will get my results in 2-3 days so will update this thread.

I added about 10-12 pounds net from start to 5 weeks after last shot and my strength was boosted up to 315 on bench from 280 area.

up to 190 pounds... which is pretty good considering I am only 5' 6"

put on solid mass I would say but nothing crazy.. next cycle I am gonna cut

my test levels were in the mid range before I ran my first cycle.. for todays standards in the middle.. but toward the low end

my pic in my avatar is recent. my bf% is 14-15% which is too high for my liking but expected with the heavy carb diet I am and my goal of benching 315 pounds which was reached.. its nice cause I have no moon face thanks to what I believe was the formestane which did a great job with my estrogen.

I actually reached 193 pounds then have come back down to around 187-188 right now. I am also blessed with very strong and large legs which I have worked my ass on doing a lot of deadlifts and quad/hammy work.

my next cycle is gonna be a cutting cycle and will focus on sculpting my body and less on strength. and I will drop my bf% to the low teens. not looking to compete or anything but I want to look good to land babes and cause I am a narcistic b*tch lol

nice I say you are recovered or at least pretty damn close to it. 1 bottle of bridge for another 4 weeks prob would have sealed the deal it you are not in the clear already
