I'd like to know about practical uses for suspension. I want to hear from everyone who has used it. Give the pros/cons, why you used it - was it pre contest or just out of curiosity? How sustainable were the gains? How did it affect your mood? Hair? Aggression? Did you rollercoaster? Did you recover? How much/how often? What was the weight gain like? What was the strength? Is it as painful as we all have heard?
