This forum serves people all over the world and the rules regarding possessing and using the items talked about here vary from country to country. How do you know they are using illegal drugs? Who says they dont have a script? Who says they live in a country where their use is regulated?

Thats a lot of man hours to kick someone door in to find out they have a script. Or to catch them with a handful of oral AAS. Hardly worth their time and effort when we have serious drugs killing people on the street.
