what week do you start seeing the most gains from primo? ive only been on starting june 2nd so 3 weeks. I love the shit right now so i can only imiagine after completing 16 weeks how i would look. I had a bodyfat measurment of 16% when the dietian checked me, that's not too bad. I hope i can lower it to at least 13% by september. I know cardio and diet is the key but primo is the door!!!!!
