Give me a killer shoulder and neck workout

I need help, my shoulder workout is lacking.

Current shoulder day:

seated or standing dumbell presses 3x12

dumbell front raises 3x10-12

dumbell side raises 3x10-12

barbell shrugs 4x12


Please give me a killer shoulder workout that will help me grow. Thanks!
 
you could try:

Barbell military press
push press barbell
split jerk
clean and jerk
reverse db flies
btn jerk
btn press

Be creative but remember, you don't have to get too complex.

lol. Why would one need essentially 6 OH Pressing movements? Unless these are options rather than a routine.

Of course those are just options. That is why I said be creative but you don't have to get too complex. He should chose 1-2 pressing movements and maybe 1-2 isolation movements.
 
Push Press 5's and 3's
Weighted Dips 3-4 x 8
Upright Rows 3 x 12
DB lateral raises FST-7 7x15 30 seconds rest
 
1- Heavy Shrugs (barbell)
2- Heavy shrugs (dumbells)
3- Military Press or. Push Press (barbell or smith machine)
4- Dumbell presses
5- Side Lateral raises
6- Rear lateral raises
 
The upper body squat????

They blast my delts, chest, and tris.

Nahh....not for me bro.

I can do dips for hours with plates and it only works my tris...very little effect on my shoulders and chest

It's like suggsting you do bench press on shoulder days because when you bench, shoulders are involved....that's why opinion anyways bro.

True.

It's just a big compound lift that involves a lot of musculature. They happen to blow my delts up more so than chest or tris. Just throwing something different out there for him.
