Well here is a little run down of my first cycle so far.
I am at the half way point and the results are better than I expected.
My cycle consist of 12 weeks of test cyp at 250mg twice a week pinning on Sunday and Wednesday totaling (500mg a week). I started the Var about one third into the cycle. I have just enough to get to the end of my cycle at 30mg a day for 5 days a week. The pins I first used were 23 gauge and then I went to 25....25's are NICE and wish I had them when I first started!
I started off at 195 Lbs and somewhere around 10% BF.
The first three weeks were interesting, I actually saw gains pretty quick form the cyp alone, around 5 lbs.
I am also taking Purple-K creatine and 2 grams of protein for every pound I weigh and a multitude of vitimans (C, B12, D, Calcium, Multi-vite, Glucosamine, cod liver oil, milk thistle).
My diet how ever had to be refined. My protein/calorie intake was great but I wasn't consuming enough carbs or fats. A quick readjustment after 3 weeks and now everything is working out.
I have been going to the gym 5 to 6 times a week but mostly 5 on 2 off.
At the half way point I am now at 210Lbs and below 10% BF, everyone has been commenting on how big I am getting and its easily noticeable.
Sex drive is a none issue, its there stronger than ever!!! PERFECT!!! there are No signs of gyno and the nuts are doing fine, maybe a little smaller but nothing big! My mood has been great, very calm and collective, if anything I have been more relaxed. I did however develop some kind of elbow injury, I first thought it was tennis elbow but I have my doubts, nothing a little change in routine and working through the pain cant fix. Sleeping however has been an issue, especially since I started the var! Not a lot is working to help in that area. Melatonin, benadryl doesn't seem to work so I bought some sleep aid and that seem to do the trick just fine. The Var really made a HUGE difference in my workouts! Muscles are A LOT harder and sometimes the pumps are so hard I have to stop because my forearms get so tight I cant grip the weights? LOL. One thing I dont like about the VAR is how sweaty it makes me, no biggy!

So I am pretty pleased so far, if anyone has any suggestions if I should change something or add something please let me know...This first cycle is a huge learning curve and any extra info to make it better is greatly appreciated!
