It's called "intelligent scamming".

By sending you product(even it if it's fake) the source increases the chances of receiving future sales. Many sources are indeed guilty of this type of scam, and that is why the UG business(and research chemical business) is still booming, despite rampant evidence of quality issues.

You would have to get up pretty damn early in the morning to pull any kind of scam on old needto.
