can hrt dose be done subq? think i read sumwhere that sum guys do 0.5 ml sub q for trt purposes
really it depends on the doctor you go to. they may want to start you on the gel first. find a good doctor who is more aggressive and will start with injectables.

I use a TRT/HRT clinic myself. Mine didnt start me on creme. I started with injectables.

Arimidex.
2 weeks, then start BRIDGE.

so do people on hrt still use supps like hcgenerate and bridge?

IMO most on TRT/HRT that is medically supervised dont have to cycle on and off. The scripts are considered a therapeutic level at no more than 600 mg / week of test and/or deca combined.
If you use hcg during therapy it will help keep your natural test levels higher so that if you want to have kids, you can come off and do a PCT and get good recovery of natural test levels.
Keep in mind that 600 mg of human grade is equivalent to much higher mgs in UG grade.
Probably 900 - 1000 mg as dosing is more accurate.
Because you dont really have to cycle on/off there is little need for PCT supps. However if there is a supp that keeps levels up during therapy, you could certainly use them.
