Dbol pulse with cardio

New member
Hi everyone,

Just wanted your opinions on this...

I've only done one AAS cycle (test prop) which was over a year ago, im pretty happy with my size at the moment but im at 16% body fat :S and i wanna cut down but the weird thing is.. im afraid to do cardio because i tend to lose lean muscle easily (im a hard gainer) if i stop eating well and pig out i lose body weight!! im around 85kg 5"11 22yo and when i eat pizzas and chocolate and other junk foods on top of my regular meals i tend to go down in weight to 83kg or below.. so im assuming im losing my muscle mass cause wen i go down i dont feel as solid :(

Ive got alot of dbol left over and i was thinking.. if i took 10mg upon waking and trained an hour later with cardio, would the dbol prevent muscle wasting whilst burning fat from the cardio? i will get arimidex and nolva incase of gyno symptoms but i don't think 10mg in the morning will shut me down..

Any opinions on HPTA suppression with 10mg and about fat/muscle loss.. im aware its harder to burn fat with higher estrogen levels but i don't think 10mg will raise estrogen that much, im more concerned if the 10mg will prevent muscle loss hehe, any thoughts or advice would be appreciated :)

You do realize that if you continue to take steroids you will still be on, right? In other words, you are defeating the whole purpose of discontinuing use and allowing your natural test levels by not coming off completely.

I don't get it. You want to cut bodyfat but you say you are concerned about losing muscle mass, which you think always happens when you stop eating well and start "pigging out". So...you are going to cut bodyfat by pigging out and not eating well? If not, why are you bringing that up as a concern?

Usually when people want to cut bodyfat they tighten up their diets. Why don't you skip the 10mg dbol and just control your diet?

I just said i lose lean muscle very easily and i mentioned about eating crappy food some days and i notice the difference in the next couple of days lol.. That had nothing to do with my question, just wanted you to know how easily i lose lean muscle mass.. I will continue to eat well whilst attempting this thou..

i could tighten up my diet but ive always been skinny, so to work on a diet that loses fat is gonna be hard cause i eat heaps to maintain the muscle i have at the moment.. i feel if i take it easy on the carbs/fats ill get smaller lol.. ive got problems, i eat pretty well in general but the only problem with my diet is coca cola lol i drink too much of it.. i realize if i get smaller and more ripped i can bulk back up but then that defeats the purpose of cutting... i wanna stay my size and not lose too much muscle while getting leaner.. so there's no straight answer to whether dbol will help maintain muscle whilst cutting (in small 10mg doses)?

Also, i said ive been off for a year and my bloodwork is fine.. this is just something i wanna play around with.. using dbol as a suppliment.. im not using it for quick mass gain but to stop muscle wasting while cutting, hoping to not need a pct at low dose 5x a week mayb for 4-5 weeks.. any comments please.. i love when ppl point out problems cause then i know something needs fixing :) so comment away

If you figure out your maintenance calories and eat 500 calories less than your maintenance you wont lose any muscle mass while dieting and you will lose fat. you have to eat super clean though. and of course you need to continue to weight train.

if you are looking at supplements to help you retain muscle mass a lot of people like the supplement called gear. check it out at needtobuildmuscle.net.

also there are many reasons why you may think you are losing muscle mass when in fact you are not. when water and glycogen are depleted in the muscles you will look smaller and less muscular. however after a carb up you will restore the water and glycogen and the muscles will look fuller and larger again.

when dieting you will experience some of this, especially after a long fast. the key is to keep calories very close, but just below, maintenance. the target number is around 500 calories, give or take a little. again you must eat clean though or else you will not see results. also supplement with BCAAs and gear to help.

Gotta keep that protein up bro,get a Good Hi Protein shake to supplement your diet

Heres some good sources of protein rich foods plus others to help balance the body, First How to eat ,You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some Protein in each. You're either dedicated or your not, You can do this by eating clean whole foods, not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
Needtobuildmuscle has a wide variety of supplements that is an excellent source of nutrition.

Sure the dbol will help...a little. But, since you will be supressing yout HPTA with it already, why not just do a full on cycle?

If you just want to keep muscle mass...again...why not just control that through your diet? Sounds like you just don't know how and don't want to learn, but you'll just short cut that with a little dbol. Problem with that is, you'll be right back here a few months later complaining about the same thing. You need to learn about what your body requires and what it responds to.

I would start off with a high protein, high (good) fat diet, and use carbs sparingly, utilizing carb cutoffs. Add in some cardio, and I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

You need to do some reading on the diet forum.
