my gf wants hgh

she uses botox and wants to try hgh, cause of the overall health benefits and better skin you get from it, so she doesnt have to use botox anymore....thoughts?

Hmm.. I have to confess, this is one of the things that makes HGH appealing to me. Bump for experiences and input.

p.s.- Not saying I'm a woman, but who doesn't want better/younger looking skin?

Good stuff!
I've been using it for a while moderate dosages on gainers and low to maintain. My body has definitely changed in the years I've been using it.
It's a go in my book

HGH does wonders for your skin. It takes a minimum of six months, but in practice you're looking at more like one to one and a half years before you see bigtime results.

You'll notice thicker, firmer skin that is far more scratch and bruise-resistant. HGH thickens and strengthens connective tissues in general which includes the tissue under your skin.

Edit: How old is she? I'd say 30+ would see benefits, but 40+ would see massive benefits.

My wife tried it for 6 plus months fat loss, nicer skin all that stuff was there. One problem is it really messes with their cycle

Kiwee - my wife, who is 40, has used gh for about a year. She definitely has the thicker, tighter skin that was discussed. And what wrinkles she had did virtually disappear with the tighter skin benefit of gh.

It makes you feel great too. You can party like a rock-star and the next day you have virtually no hangover... kinda like when you were 20 something.

I dont know if it will eliminate her "desire" to get botox. Of the women Ive talked to that get botox, it seems to be somewhat addicting for them. Not so much about the botox but going thru the process.

The thing to be cautious about with gh is that, as with any gear, it isnt "the more the better". Women are very sensitive to getting a squared jaw and distended stomach. You can probably pick out the women on gh in your gym. They are the ones that are really lean looking, yet they seem to have a little stomach on them. The gh is causing that.

The problem is that these sides can occur over a long period of time so it is hard to see them coming.

So to me it seems best to start with a smaller dosage. In my experience .5 IU a day is enough for a woman.

Be sure to watch her for water bloat too. Again this is hard to notice. We didnt really notice it until my wife went off the gh and we saw her become more vascular because she wasnt retaining as much water.

The two biggest confidence boosters a woman can have are 1. breast implants (go big) and 2. hgh to make them feel good and look great.

There is a hgh forum on this site too. Take a look there for other recommendations.

Wow, that is a great post I wonder if i can get my gf to try gh. All I know about woman and gh is no more than 2IU's per day.

This type of learning on HGH is why I am here. Thanks! I've got some on order and can't wait to get started. If I can drop the Botox - that would more than pay for my HGH. BTW - I am 50, have lost 75 lbs in the past 2 years and have some skin looseness which I why I started investigating HGH to start with.

Regards,
Kate

GH for a 50 year old is money in the bank. It's hard to imagine not being thrilled with the results you should get, even if you are well-preserved thus far without it.

Yeah you are going to love it!

Hey Kate,

First - congrats on the lose of 75 lbs in the past 2 years. You should feel awesome about that accomplishment. It is HUGE! I agree with the other posts - you are going to love the hgh.

As I said in the other posts, just be sure not to fall into the "if it works this well, taking more will just work better". If you do, you may start looking like your male friends. haha Square jawed, etc.

Make sure your diet stays clean, and your training is where you need it. Some will fall off the clean diet bandwagon when taking gh thinking they can get away with it. And you can to a certain extent, but you will get more bang for your buck if you keep the clean diet and just have a cheat day once a week... or cheat meal once a week better yet.

Good luck!

great idea IMO....nice low dose

IMO for a woman initially 1/2 IU per day is plenty. Take an opportunity to see how your body reacts. And dont expect to see results overnight. You start to feel better right away. No aches when you wake in the morning, can go party all nite, sleep 5 hours, and feel fine the next day, etc. But the skin tighting benefits will take a bit of time to get the gh into your system to start seeing those benefits.

The other thing about gh is that, depending on how you're getting it, it's pricey so if you can do 1/2 an IU and get good results, why take more? Just burns thru it faster.

I totally agree that more in not better. It's more the length of time that matters with GH than high dosages. It took me 1 year of continuous use to definitely see results and now I feel like im 18 again. I sleep like 6 hours a night, sex daily, no loss of strength after cycles much at all, and I eat like a pig and Im only doing 1 IU EOD right now.

An interesting observation and I dont know if it's just mental is that I tent to think different than I did before the GH. Hard to explain i have that feeling of being invincible like when I was 18 or so. It might be just me it;s a good but wierd feeling...

Thank you all so much for your positive comments! I plan on starting at .5 IU, then go up to 1 IU if well tolerated. If I see good results with .5 IU, then I'll just keep it there - like PBHardbody said.

I plan on keeping my diet clean, and working out still, just like I did when I was much younger. Now, if the gear would just get here!

Kate,

I think, based on your plan, you will see great results. Just dont give up if you dont see them instantly. As varga said, gh does take a bit of time to start seeing benefits. I dont think it will take you a year to start seeing them though. I think you will feel better after a week or two. My guess is about 45 - 60 days that you will start to notice skin tightening etc.

It always takes longer for gear to arrive than you want it to doesnt it?

This is good news. Thanks for sharing everyone. My GF is always trying to find ways to look better and this seems like the ticket. I want to try GH myself and once I move in with her, we can start it together. Thanks for sharing the experiences.

You know what? Confidence comes from within. You can have big boobs and still lack confidence.
Of course you're going to say "go big", you're a man. Nothing wrong with liking big boobs, just don't tell me that they'll boost my confidence. I'm fine the way I am.

Hi Trex74

I agree that a woman can lack confidence regardless of breast size. And I also agree that women can have confidence regardless of breast size.

But I know many women that have gotten implants and when asked how they felt afterward, almost all of them said "more confident about their appearance" at the top of the list. The second thing THEY will tell you is that they wish they had "gone a little bit bigger".

This has been told to me many times.

So this isnt my "male ego" saying this so that there are more large breasts in the world... this has been told to me by women that did it.

ConanX - if the pix is you, you are already looking pretty jacked up. You will look great and all those little pains that other gear doesnt seem to make go away, will go away with gh.

Good luck.

point taken, just not for me :)

Thank you my friend. I probably won't use it for another year or so, but I am definitely looking foward to the benefits and I figure I can ease off of AAS a bit more while on GH.

From my experience it does help with skin a lot especially when taken with var both are collagen producers. However when I tried GH I was still young 26 and I am 30 now my skin is still in good shape but that is more taking care of it and protecting it from the sun.

You talk to any of the stars about top 5 reason`s their skin looks good:
1. Stay out of the sun and protecting skin when exposed to the sun.
2. Not drinking or smoking. (At least the ones that look good.)
3. Exercise (hello that helps with everything in life :) )
4. Laser and photo facials.
5. Botox and fillers.

I have been thinking more about Botox myself cause I don`t like the expression lines on my forehead plus as a bonus I heard it help with migraines! I am trying to hold out as long as possible with starting it though cause you do need to keep doing it as it only last 6-9 months.

I know implants helped me a lot. I started bodybuilding when I was 23 I was a 36D by the time I did my first contest I was 26 and a 34 A the hardest thing for me was losing my boobs I had all my life. I remember being in a change room crying when I was buying a bra cause I was buying smaller then a C cup something I hadn`t been since I was 12! I loved everything else about my body except the lack of boobs plus because I was bigger before it looked like someone had let the air out of a balloon.

I did go a little bigger then I wanted I had first thought of 500-550CC which is on the large size but then friends were like go bigger you will never have to worry about getting them done again so I went to 600 CC. I got cohesive gels so I don`t need to replace them every 10 years like saline. I have been thinking about it more and I will likely get them redone way down the road if I need a lift and then I will go a little smaller cause who wants to see a granny with porn star boobs?

As for GH I think it has a place in long term health/beauty routines like Mr.Plunky said the most noticeable benefits will be in people 40+ but even ladies 30+ will see the difference as well. I know for me it felt like I was going through puberty again because I need to sleep 10-12 hours a day no joke. It also did a lot for skin elasticity cause I did loss a significant amount of weight to compete my first time.

I have read different things about HGH. For example, in some people it causes fat loss & alters the metabolism. Wheras, in others it causes weight & muscle gain. Which one is the norm for women? Do most people gain or lose on HGH?

Also, in reference to the skin, it always looks more youthful when it is plumped up either through weight gain &/ or taking of hornones. Any fat gain under the skin or even a bit of fluid retention will fill out the face & smooth out the wrinkles. A fuller face is what makes a person look younger. I have always told my girlfriends who diet consistently & often excessively to watch out, because too much weight loss & a very low fat diet will thin out a woman's face. The thinning of the skin is what ages a person most. You can spend a ton of money on chemical peels, acid products for the skin, lasers, facials, etc, Those only help the surface skin or top layers of the skin look tighter & clearer. However, the fat, muscle & hyaluronic acid under the skin, are the building blocks or structure of the skin. Once those start to deplete, a person's face starts to collapse or cave in, making a person look older.

In the last few months I have been working out faithfully but, bulking at the same time. I managed to gain 12 lbs in 17 weeks. However, it has been firm weight with muscle, due to diet & supplements. The one thing I noticed is that my face filled up a little, making me look really young. I had a wide cheekbone structure bfore the weight gain. However, a little bit of weight gain did my face some good. Speaking of plumping the skin, there is a fad in Japan which is huge now. It is more popular then getting facial fillers injected into the skin. Japanese women eat powder collagen supplements, which they swear keeps the skin plump & smooth. I don't know if it is true. I have not tried the collagen powder thing yet. I have tried a lot of products in my day, but haven't gotten to that yet.

It all depends on the persons body chemistry and diet if they lose or gain. Water retention is very normal with GH.

Superqt4u2nv, what do you think of taking herbal supplements which would naturally increase a person's hgh production? Most people take the synethetic hgh I am going to assume. However, what do you think about taking the herbal supplements, which will help someone produce more hgh on their own? Is there a huge difference between either route?

I have tried supplements like that yet to fimd one to come close to the real effects of GH but I do find most of them really help with sleep which is most of the reason I take it when dieting cause typically then I have a very hard time sleeping.

IMO 600 CC = perfect. And as far as "who wants to see a granny with porn star boobs?" I think lots of people... me included. :)

obviously the dosage is what matters here

your joking right? do you honestly think a 30$ a month supplement could compare to hgh?

I agree that different people respond differently. Obviously dosing would have some effect, but I also think you can have 2 people dosing the same amount, same body type, and one can get different effects than the other.

I think some people's bodies more efficiently use it. The good news is that if your body uses gh more efficiently, then you can take less at a time, and the cost goes down.

As far as dosing amounts to use goes - if you want to get really, really specific some of the gh manufacturers websites have recommendations on how much to use based on body weight, etc.

I think .5 IU per day, 5 on two off is best for a woman starting out. You can then see how she responds and alter the dosing accordingly.

Kiwee - I think SuperQT is saying exactly what you are saying.

"I have tried supplements like that. yet to fimd one to come close to the real effects of gh"

See when I add the period, that she left out, after "like that" it changes the meaning of the sentence.

You two are on the same page.

Google "Anti-Aging HGH Prescription" in any combination. People over 40 years old will have no problem going under a doctor's care and getting a prescription.

im a member there and everytime i find a source from them i do a quick google check and always find people who got scammed

Id post on the forum over there and ask people. I believe they allow that type of thing to be discussed there.

Oh you got that right!:)
What you just said is 100% true but hopefully you are going to use that wisdom wiser than I am!
When you feel like you 20yo again you tent to do what a 20yo would do....party, drink, sleep little and have sex all the time!
Not a bad thing per say but not what i had in mind i was going to do when Im in my late 30s....like hooking up with 20yo college girls
Im not really complaining im just saying that some of this hormonal change can have major life altering effects

Just a quick update - have been using hgh since December '09. Results are subtle - but have become noticable to me in the past month. For once - my hair which was really slow growing, has grown a lot more, and the hairdresser says he's seeing new growth. Although I haven't really noticed any fat loss with HGH - even though I've kept my diet 90% clean & working out. In fact, I gained a bit of weight 10 lbs, that I am working on getting off of me. Also I switched my workout routine from 3 times weekly/full body workout to Kettlebells. Needed to change somethings up just to keep me motivated.

But - here' the real confirmation that it is helping me - I went back to see my plastic surgeon for my 6 month checkup ( I had a neck lift/excess skin removed in October '09).

He said and I quote - "Your skin really looks a lot better than it did (said this as he was looking at my pre-op pictures in the file). What are you doing?" Love it! :)

Is there a pct for hgh, wife is 50+ has been using 2iu a day for the past two months, water retention yes, but the help in weight loss and skin makeup is unbelievable, she plans to use it indefinately but still concerned about pct

I'm not aware of any PCT regimen.

I'd use it 5 days on / 2 days off. If you want to be additionally careful, you could always take two weeks per year completely off.
