What to take for sprinting

Hi i have been reading so many things on here about what to take for running track from winny to tbol i was thinking of taking winny,tbol,test,anavar, one of those here some of my stats need something to get those times down for indoor

height 5'10
weight 160
55m-6.5
100m-10.8
300m-35
400m-48
 
With 18 you're not at your peak yet. wait with AAS for a while.
train train train. lunges, squats, deadlifts and a lot of boxjumps and plyos.
 
Too young to do any Roids, or any hormones, it will fuck up your hormone levels, and when your off you will be worst off than before...
 
As an athlete there is no need to use more then supplements :)

Daily take:
5 grams of Creatine
10 grams of Glutamine
6 grams of Arginine ( cycle this though)

LIPOFLAME pre event
 
Full range of motion exercises like squats. Do plyometric drills 3-4 times a week. Stretch.

Supplements especially the illegal kind are not needed especially at your age.

look into Beta Alanine as well. this stuff really works at buffering lactic acid. Perfect for a sprinter or endurance athlete.
