hopeless friends wants to do 5 week cycle of test

for whatever reason I have a buddy who has 10 ml vial of test E (250mgs/ml) and plans to use it to take a 5 week cycle. He claims that if he likes it he will order more to finish the cycle. I told him this is irresponsibly but after all he is an adult and I cant really stop him. I wanna know what he can expect from a 5 week cycle (benefits and consequence) and if AIs, SERMS, or a pct are necessary. If so in what way would you suggest?

yeah i know right? i told him this. Hes just bein naive. I just dont have good enough reasoning. I wanna know the implications of a 5 week cycle, and I want it from ur mouths since he wont listen to me. Maybe random bodybuilders from the interweb can set him straight!

Tell him to run 250 for 10 weeks if it's his first time he will gain well off that and pct is always needed after any type of cycle. He may need an anti-e but at 250/week he may not get very many sides unless he is super prone.
