Lean Bulk (3rd Cycle)

Stats:

Weight: 205 ( Went up to 225 on my last cycle cut down to 205)
Height: 5'8"
Training Style: Powerlifting, plan to switch to DC training to get some good size from the cycle
Diet: Clean Bulk 5,000 calories from food sources
Previous Cycle:
1) Test 500 mg/week -12 and dbol 4 weeks 30mg/ed. PCT: Nolvadex
2) Test 750mg/week, deca 500 mg/week, and dbol 30mg ed for 4 weeks. PCT Clomid.

Cycle Goals: My plan to to gain some clean quality and lean muscle mass. I am not too fond of the bloat I got from deca so I am leaning towards a stack of test e and eq for this one.

I propose

1-12 weeks 750mg of Test E (Injected 250 Monday - Wed- Fri)
1-11 weeks 500mg EQ (Monday- Friday)
1-4 weeks 30mg / ed Dbol

Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva. Not sure if I need HCG for a short cycle.


Questions:

1) How does the cycle above sound?
2) Am I good with the doses and pinning Schedule?
3) Should I run a-dex or l-dex during to min bloat, at what dosage
4) Instead of dbol I was thinking of front loading the test, whats the dosing protocol?
5) Any words of wisdom
6) Any one run a similar cycle, what did you accomplish from this

* Edit, what about a low dose of deca with this?

I cn this post in some other forum also.....
But regarding ur cycle I make my test last 2 weeks longer than EQ everything else looks ok to me
 
hi. I just plan to start this cycle in the next few days and want to make sure everything is in check.

Could you please address the questions I posted. I want to make sure things are in order before starting.

Training is going to be DC training.
 
5000 clean calories?? damn, that's a lot of food! what is your diet like man??? I'd get fat in 2.5 seconds on that. lol I'll stick with my 2500, haha

any cycle can be a lean cycle, as long as your diet is consistant. This may cause some water weight, but can be controlled with other ancillaries.
 
The last cycle I took, I ate 6,000 calories but used weight gainers. DId gain a lot of fat and water.

I didnt want to skimp on the diet. This time I will be a bit careful, I will start logging my diet on fit day. I have a scale so I will start weighing my food to make sure.

So once I have a definite number I will give you a break down. I follow the nutrient timing diet.

Whats the dose for ancillaries? Any pref over l-dex or a-dex.

Can anyone post their results on a similar cycle? Curious to know what to expect.

I don't get when people say they want clean gains or lean bulk. Who doesn't?

You're using dbol, which is bloating.

There's no such thing as "clean calories." Calories are calories. If you eat nothing but 5000 calories from tuna fish you're still eating too much and will get fat.

Well you'd be getting way more protien and food value then say if you ate 5000 cals of candy bars... so i beg to differ!
 
Cycle sounds fine. I would stop EQ 1 week earlier and do the Dbol at the end. Forget all the "jump starting" crap. I would always run an AI with more than 400mg Test. Deca and EQ are too similar to run both together, although I'd prefer Deca at 400mg.

Ridiculous comparison. If you don;t enough not to eat a diet of candy bars you have no right doing this.

And as for Phelps, he was a freak who trained for hours a day and I STILL say bullshit on the 8000 calorie claim. It's impossible.

My built is very similar to Phelps and even people say that. While training 3-4 hours a day on cycle , I was eating over 6000 kcal and was not gaining weight, maybe barely,,, and my sessions were nowhere as intense as his plus he trains 4-6 hours a day daily..

I also dont agree your calorie is a calorie opinion.
