yes, i totally agree, but only in the u.s. ...technically it somewhat still is in full effect, in other parts of the world...drum & bass, hard trance(similar to rave but way more bpm...? actually not the same lol) are both very very popular...drum & bass are at the top in europe, asia, hard trance is leading australia, new zeleand....no matter how big electronic music was here, or how big it can ever get now, will never compare to any level of popularity it has in the rest of the world...as popular as rave was in the 90's doesnt even compare to europes lowest point
