I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but here goes anyways.

I'm about 5'5" and weight around 120 lbs. I am primarily a cross country runner and last year I also took up wrestling, and I'm not too bad at it. I am very skinny, only 7% body fat. I want to get a bit more bulked so I can wrestle in the 130 weight class at my school. I have used whey protein and muscle milk to try and get more mass, but nothing has worked to well. I run every day, and I burn around 4,000 calories daily. Is it possible to get more bulk while I run every day? I lift for running, but not so much for wrestling. what exercises would i benefit most from for wrestling?
Thanks a lot for any information :)

Running cross country and trying to bulk is extremely hard. If you are burning 4000 calories a day, you need to eat 4500+ to start gaining any amount of weight.

Protein is good. You just need to eat more.

What does your diet look like?

My diet is kind of bad, to be totally honest. I work full time, and I make my own lunches and I usually don't have a lot of time to make elaborate stuff. A Roast beef or ham and cheese sandwich, water, wheat thins, and usualy a granola bar would be a typical lunch. Sometimes I get a breakfast sandwich in the morning from Dunkin Donuts and if it's a hot day (I work landscaping) my friends and i go get an ice cream. It's hard to balance being a teenager with being an athlete, but I do try.

I'm not trying to get completely bulked, it's not really good for running, but more muscle and a more rigorous weight training routine will help me overall in all the sports I play. Can anyone tell me how much and when I'm supposed to take suplements if I take them?

That's the problem bro. You are what you eat.

If you eat garbage food, you get garbage results.

start eating chicken breasts, whole grains and such instead of a ham and cheese sandwhich. It doesn;t do crap for you othe than make you fel full for a while.

If you start eating much moe healthy, you will gain th emuscle, and you will also stay just as lean.

And you don't need any supplements at 120 lbs.
