Thursday April 2
meal 1: 2 eggs (1 yolk) 1/3 c. oats, water
meal 2: sorta poor choice here i was running errands and got famished so got a dbl hamburger at mcds but didn't eat buns. diet coke
meal 3: 2 salmon patties, salad, about 10 chunks cantaloupe.
got really hungry at bedtime so i ate 1 tbs natural peanut butter.
Friday april 3
meal 1 coffee, same as yesterday
meal 2: 2 salmon patties, green beans, diet soda
meal 3: 1 tsp nat. pnt butter, bottle h20
meal 3: tiny slice cheese pizza(i'm tapering down)
salad with tomatoes, couple pinches cheddar, italian dressing.
mug of green tea
I'm hungry so i will probably have something else, darn it I wish i had some cottage cheese.
will go shop tomorrow 
*oh yeah , I got some new whey protein powder today. It's ON vanilla ice cream. I was torn between that, chocolate and cookies and cream , but i went for the most versatile.
* Hope it tastes good!!
