What would be the worst possible way to die?

Intubated on PRVC at 100% and on propofol drip, two rounds of digoxin got him back into sinus rhythm. Still running pressures with mean <60 and SBP <80, and stopped making urine since he has stopped profusing. I see a levophed drip in the future.

Started dopamine, surprisingly. Levophed has been our first pressor of choice lately. With an EF of 15% though, I don't ever see him comming off of it.

Patient across the hall just coded for the 4th time today, I broke at least 4 ribs during comressions. Just called it though after 3 rounds of epi and atropine.

Just heard the trauma pager go off too...
