How does one know they have Gynocomastia?

What are the signs on Gyno... I don't think I've actually ever gotten it, but I'm always on the lookout. Whenever I take a test cycle, my nipples become slightly more sensitive than normal, but that's about it. Anyway, are there certain signs one should watch out for in addition to the infamous 'lump' under the nipple?

Puffy nipples, soreness, lumps and people asking you if you're lactating are all signs of gyno.

first you will start holding water that's the first sign your estrogen is high, then if you feel around your nipples there will be some small lumps forming...my advice is to check them every morning and at the first sign hit them with nolva and letro

if you look in the mirror and get turned on by your own chest you just might have some gyno!
