Day 17
Weight 212 (+7) woah
Sides: Sex drive is up, acne is a little worse on my traps but nothing crazy..
Strength and endurance have increased greatly this week. I hit 225 for 11 on the Incline supersetting it with barbell row. I started barbell row with the weight I ended it with last week and it felt like a feather. I have been doing 4 sets of 20 for squat which just destroy me but I have been able to add 10lbs a week to them and recover fairly quickly. I believe I pulled 315 for 10 last week I am going to shoot for 335 for 10 tmrw and maybe try a one rep max.
The 1-T is def. starting to kick in, and I look forward to the following weeks.
I am surprised with the weight gain because my diet has been slacking a bit, but I am going to try and pick it up this week.
