(the ego of straight guys thinking every gender and every orientation is constantly lusting after them). But every transexual I've known is pretty open about their surgery. And generally they have their own subculture with their own fans, if you get my drift.

And, seriously, you can usually tell. Maybe you'd have trouble with some of the ladyboys of Thailand who get really early hormone treatments, but for your average male to female tranny?
