I had the same problem, your service provider has to turn on MMS. No charge at all, takes about a minute.

i can do it with my other phone, this one does not have the email option though. I can send a text with attachment to someone but not email it out. kinda sux's LOL

I'll have to get my other phone charged so I can put my sim in it and email it to post.
