Cycle Recommendations

As you can read by my Intro in the proper forum, I have done GH once before. Other than that, Winny was the only thing besides GNC based supplements. Both wasted, stupid cycles. I was young, thought I had done research, and blew my money.

Currently -
6'0 - 235 - Lost 5lbs in the first week
I will have BF measurements in the next couple of days.

Been lifting with at least one trainer for 7 days now. Diet is very similar to "The 4 hour workweek." This diet basically consist of :

10 am - Eggwhites/Protein Supplement/ 1/2 Can of Light Yogurt
1 pm - Chicken Breast/Steamed Vegitables
5 pm - (Chicken Breast,Tilapia/Lean Steak)/ Steamed Veggies
7:30 - 9:30 - Workout + Cardio
10 pm - (Chicken Breast,Tilapia/Lean Steak), Salad w/ Vinegar based Dressing (2 tbsp), Pinto Beans

1 Diet Coke a day and a ton of water. Also, 1-2 glasses of red wine a night.

Basically my college years really took a toll on my body. My love handles are ridiculous and my gut is appauling. I'm kind of glad I hit rock bottom and got this way, its been the best motivational tool ever.

Anyways, Im looking to do a good cycle. Not so much concentrated on muscle building right now, mainly cutting.

I have GH on the way, seems expensive but Its all I can find.

What would you recommend?

I lifter for 2 years, and then took about 3 years off. I have only been back in the gym for a week. For that short amount of time they have been great, but Im not planning a cycle for at least 6-8 weeks into my new rotation.

Measurements and stats in the coming days/weeks.

forget the steroids for now...your body needs time to adjust to the workoing out...you get on now you will just end up with injuries.....

as for the gh...cant talk about prices here edit that...2nd 1 kit will do nothing...you will need atleast3-4 months preferably 6 run around 5iu day 5 on 2 off....gh i would take now it will help with your tendons etc...


your diet needs tweaking your on a good start but doesnt look like enough calories for your weight
 
diet looks good... 1 hgh kit is going to do nothing... if you have the lute then go on 2iu/day 5 days on 2 days off for 12 months

dont look at cycles yet.. your outta shape and over weight..

do that for 6 months... every other day and hit the weights ed 5 days a week..then come back.. you should be at 195-205lbs at that hight which is about 11-13% bf. if you can do that in 6 months then I know people on here will be glad to carve you out a test cycle for ya

I can't believe how much different I feel. I mean, of course I am sore as poop, but It feels so good knowing Im getting back where I was a few years ago.

Any ideas on how to lose my midsection? My top 4 Abdominals are taking shape, but this gut and love handles are disgusting. Any other "guerrlia" workouts? :) I've read about the recent insurgence of oxygen deprivation testing/training. Running sprints are fine witgh me. However I still need to get my abs in shape. So far he's taken me through medicine ball exercises and various machines.

your diet needs tweaking your on a good start but doesnt look like enough calories for your weight

Why isnt there enough calories if I'm trying to get my body cut? Not cut in the typical sense, but I have EXCESS fat that I'm trying to get rid of while building some muscle/hardening what I have.

your eatign around 200 grams protein and maybe 100 carbs...not enough food..you want to burn through all your muscle? or you want to burn fat and minimise muscle loss? if the 2nd choice up the calories...you starve yourself your just gonna shrink...ya want the best results take your time and do it right...when i diet i aim for 2-3 pounds a week...you find your right balance you can lose the fat while maintaning muscle and poss adding muscle..depending on your reaction to the training
