Cycle Recommendations

You certainly need more "clean" carbs, and frankly I can't imagine you are not having energy problems as it is with this diet. The least you could do is add 1/2 cup oatmel 2 or 3 times to your meals prior to workouts. I find nothing adds energy while contributing so little in caloric caount.

To be honest with you, my energy levels are up significantly. I was a vegitarian for over a year and the new protein levels being so high, I feel great.

forget the steroids for now...your body needs time to adjust to the workoing out...you get on now you will just end up with injuries.....

as for the gh...cant talk about prices here edit that...2nd 1 kit will do nothing...you will need atleast3-4 months preferably 6 run around 5iu day 5 on 2 off....gh i would take now it will help with your tendons etc...


your diet needs tweaking your on a good start but doesnt look like enough calories for your weight
