Well, Customnutrition is located on the west coast I think, so their shipping is really fast for me. I imagine it would take a bit longer for you.

Personally, I'd start out with 2 grams, just to see how that effects you. I haven't had a chance to really experiment with higher doses yet. I need to order some more because I shared most of it with friends.

As far as preparing...you can take it like any other powder. I just mix the shit in water and down it.
