Bringing the food up 200 while the gear jumps to 750 means you will actually know which change the scale is answering to.
Thanks BSS

Getting more ripped every check in
Thanks Gumpy, not sure I agree but I'll take the compliment haha

Weekly update time!

Body weight today was 89.7kg which was a big 1kg jump overnight....definately looking watery today. Average weekly weight actually dropped from 88.4 to 88.2 despite upping cals, in fact for my first few days hovering around 4k cals I dropped weight every single day which lead to me upping my cals to about 4150 on training days. I will hold at around this number for atleast the next week and see what happens.

Training has been going very well, have had a little discomfort in my lower back but nothing too concerning, just have to be careful and play it safe which is exactly what I did last night - I got all the way through my RDL warm up and decided it just didn't feel right and I couldn't hit the right groove so skipped my work set and moved on to the next exercise. 2 years ago I would've pushed through, done the set, upset my back some more which would've lead to weeks of disrupted training....definately a bit wiser in my old age.

Cardio and steps have still been on point, I believe they are key to feeling good and being healthy especially in a gaining phase where food and PEDS are high and bodyweight is constantly increasing, I feel so good now compared to previous bulks that I'm sure I can push this for another couple months and get some really solid progress.

Anyway here's a few post work out pics from during the week.

Walking away from the RDL work set when the groove felt off, rather than forcing it like two years ago, will keep this gaining phase rolling legend.

Absolutely and yet it still so hard to do haha

Alright, weekly update time.

So looking at my logs I'm 17 weeks post show now and effectively been in a caloric surplus that entire time - 7 weeks cruising and now 10 weeks on cycle, everything is still going well so hoping I can get another 10 weeks or so before having to back off. That will make this my longest and I'm sure most successful gaining phase yet.

Weight this morning was 91.2kg up from 89.7 last week which is a massive increase! My weight has fluctuated up and down quite significantly this week so not sure how much credence to put into today's weigh in. I was toying with the idea of dropping calories a touch to slow things down a little but decided against it, I'm back at work next week so will have my daily expenditure pick up a bit which will slow things down anyway.

Gym, cardio, sleep and diet have all been on point and of course the @Buck Pharmaceuticals are doing there thing as youd expect.

Seventeen weeks in a surplus with everything still running well is shaping up as your best gaining phase yet bro.

Cheers alcatraz, slowly getting smoother but hey that's what happens
Looking ripped bro
Thanks grumpy

Yeah mate, it's been a dream run, if I can hit 25 or even 30 weeks ill be absolutely stoked!
Sliced! Look at the separation on the arms phew!
Thanks upcomer
Impressive rear delts!
Thanks mate. I don't give them very much direct work at all. The couple of sets a week they do get are very controlled and intense though.
Those rear delts are popping bro!
Cheers mate. They do seem to respond well on me.

Alright, weekly update time.

Fasted weight this morning was 90.4kg which is down from 91.2kg last check in. Weekly average is 90.2kg, up from 90.1 last week. Definitely looking a touch tighter and drier this week. Calf and bi measurements up slightly, waist meaurement unchanged. I was thinking I was going to hold calories static this week but after looking at this data I'm thinking I need a bump, so going to add an additional 50g carbs or so taking me to 4400 kcals on training days. New training day diet as follows.

Just realised diet is posted in backwards order haha...oh well.

Training has been going well with slow but steady progress, only issue has been some knee soreness which has lead me to tweak my program slightly.

@Buck Pharmaceuticals gear continuing to do its thing as you'd expect.

All in all everything still going very well.

how much you eating all day?

OK weekly check in time

Fasted weight - Weight is 91.8kg . Weekly average is 91.1kg, up from 90.2 last week so pretty big jump. Definately pretty watery last few days. Bi, thigh and waist measurements slightly up. Seems to be a common occurrence everytime i bump cals, big jump in weight and i smooth out, over next week or 2 weight stalls and I dry out a touch. Obviously I'll hold cals here for a week or 2 minimum (4400ish training days).

Training still going well as you would expect with all the food and top tier pharmaceutical assistance (thanks @Buck Pharmaceuticals ). Knees have reacted well to the tweaks in my leg training so looks like I caught that just in time, was dreading having to deal with more injuries.

Still hoping to push this phase till the end of year if not a touch further, original goal was to hit some where around 95kg by Xmas which I should be able to do pretty easily, just need to make sure it's quality weight so might be slightly less aggressive with calorie bumps going forward.

Anyway heres a couple pics.
