Sunday cardio and blood Test results

Today’s session is some easy aerobic work with some bodyweight work sprinkled in. I have a smick home gym set up which makes it all the more easier to be this creative with these types of sessions as I am the only member 🤣🤣

Every minute on the minute x 42 min
Min 1 - easy bike erg
Min 2- 10-12 dips
Min 3- easy row
Min 4 - 8-10 strict pull ups
Min 5- 10 Russian KBs + 10 heel elevated squats
Min 6- easy ski erg
Yesterday at jujitsu I did 10x5 min rounds with 30 secs rest better each so I am a bit stiff today. It was also day after my Reta pin and i Really struggled to eat! I up it to 2.5mg this week, I think I’ll go back down to 2mg next week.

I had my bloods done week before last and a Few things I found interesting.
- Free test 960 which is up from 880 since my last, this week I started 250mg of test so I’m assuming that will go up quite a bit. Also I’m thinking of just making this 300mg.
- E2 is a bit high but where my free test is I think 197 is where u would expect it to be, I am not overly concerned about having sides since upping to 250mg but it’s in the back of my mind that I don’t have any AI on hand…..
- insulin sensitivity has decreased from 10 down to 3 since I started using Reta.
