Approved Log Road to Masters Olympia Training Nutrition Cycle Log - Team US-Pharmacies

Good day everyone, today is chest day, which is one of my favorite days. I'm so happy with where I am so far as my chest, as this was a major weak point previously. I've definitely added to my pectorals, and this is because of I've been utilizing dumbbell press, deep flys while lying, cables, press machine, incline press via dumbbells, pushups, dips and a lot more. I just want to keep getting better and not get hurt while in the process.

I feel good, not sluggish at all, and I am incredibly focused on my goal of competing at the masters olympia.

Good evening everyone, today was a good day via chest day for me.

It was also a day I did not want to go at all, I was tired and not feeling It but those are the days you need to go the most. There was lots of lactic acid build up and a lot of shaking as I was going very heavy. I' actually just got over being nervous to go heavy as I dropped 250lbs on my chest 5 years ago and broke my 6th and 8th ribs. I was out of commission for 12 weeks, lost about 8lbs.

I guess I had PTSD from that incident. Moreso lifting heavy by myself than going heavy as I don't have a spotter and It's hard to ask for a spotter as most don't know how to spot.

I urge you all to have discipline over motivation and also please stay healthy.

Getting back to going heavy on chest after dropping 250 on yourself and breaking two ribs is a bigger win than whatever the numbers said, that fear is a lot harder to train through than the lift itself is.

Great day for chest day today, my kid has bronchitis so I've been a little busy at the doctor and getting meds for her. Hopefully she'll be better in the next 5-7 days. I hope...

As for me this was a really good chest day, focusing more and more on the contractions, I do tend to go heavy but also really focusing on tearing the muscle for growth as the supply and demand of lifting allows the body to compensate with growth. We need to build tissue in order to look better once we cut down.

We have less than 100 days before the year is over with, lets all push hard these last few months and be ready to bust ass in 2027, as for now though, the job is not finished, lets keep working to get better.

I love this. I needed that today 💪🏽

Good day everyone, I wanna say today was a good day, as last week I had a freak out episode doing deadlifts. I was doing 505lbs and pulling it 3 out of the 5 reps that I usually do. On the 3rd rep I heard and felt a pop, I dropped the weight and kinda just stood still for a second.

Once I got home I took a bath until I was raisin like, and then stretched once I got out of the bath. I had all my normal range of motion and I also had no pains of any sort. Just kinda freaked me out a bit.

So this week on deadlifts I was much lighter at 315lbs, I touched 350lbs but didn't go any higher as I was still nervous. I think next week I'll touch 500lbs again.

I also wanna give a huge shout out to my sponsor @US-pharmacies as they have great gear, fast shipping, and the contents of the products are always very discreet. One of their best products in my eyes would be the HGH not only is it very potent, but I feel amazing as I've been on this for about 5 months now.

I have deep sleeps, I have fullness and I more endurance in my workout sessions. There is also a noticeable gain in muscle size and also fat loss. I loss this product and will continue to utilize this in my arsenal to get better. My favorite part of this is the overall look, there is a pop to my physique, I look like I have a pump at all times and I absolutely love that. I don't beed validation from others, but it is nice to be at Lowes or Target and random people compliment your overall look.

Also yes, in the morning my hands hurt and I have to run them under hot water for a bit in order to get back to normal. lol!!!....

@US-pharmacies Thank you for everything PER USUAL...

As far as everyone else, lets all remain focuses as we have a 113 days before the new year. Let's make these last few months count.
