looking to use semaglutide for 6 months. Stats are 5’10’’ and 217lbs. First time using anything like this and I want to make sure I do it the right way. I think I will split it up into 4 phases. First phase is .25mgs a week. 2nd phase is .5mgs. 3rd phase will be 1mg a week. And 4th phase will be 1.5mgs a week. Would this work for fat loss?

you can do it but plan for 12mo

semaglutide should be ran .25mgs a week to start. you can adjust from there

Yes your plan is perfect. Increase dosages when you feel it's slowing down. Usually this means 2-4 weeks. I am down to 2 week increments since I've cycled 3 times now.
