I'll be training my legs, glutes and thighs with these DB exercises, enjoy!

- 45 sec warm ups/workouts with 15 sec rest in between:

Hi Y’all, George Hearn here! This is a solid lower-body workout with a great mix of strength and glute-focused exercises. I especially like the DB deadlifts and hip thrusts for building strong glutes and hamstrings.

A few quick tips:
  • Focus on good form over speed.
  • Keep your core tight and back straight.
  • Modify jumping moves if they feel too intense.
  • Choose weights you can control with proper form.
