Just want to point out to everyone to be careful ordering napsgear, I’ve been using them for 5 years and never had a problem. I made an order close to a month ago US to US and it never came in and they won’t resend my package even when the tracking is showing it’s been stuck in transit.

It’s obviously lost. If they’ll rip me off, they’ll rip you off.

I personally use napsgear and just as you have been using them for many years no issues. I can tell you that this isnt usual for napsgear, and with a big company like naps you can fall thru the cracks sometimes.

Its likely just an error on the part of a shipper they use and they'll take care of you.

@jasonhill800 and @Richard Brown their reps should be able to help you, I just pinged one in the thread.

Please dont worry and you dont need to go to every bodybuilding forum, we will do our best to help you here bro.

btw whats your cycle plan?

I’m just doing TRT and have been for 5 years and I’m almost out of my stuff. I take 150mg a week and sometimes run deca with it. Usually once a year

I haven’t had any issues with naps either until this time and they’re wanting me to provide letters from the usps which is bullshit, it can clearly be seen on the tracking it wasn’t delivered. I’m just being truthful here and simply trying to get what I paid for which is only 2 bottles of test.

you think napsgear is gonna resend every package after just a couple weeks that is stuck in transit? imagine with the thousands of orders if they did that. NOBODY does that man. you need to chillax and give it a chance to get to you. it hasn't even been a month.

because customers claim "i never got it". that is their policy man. no different then any other source. the USPS loses 1-2% of packages. same with fedex or UPS. how is this napsgear fault when you haven't even given it time to get to you? i've had packages take over a month to get to me. one time the postman left my package in between his seat in the vehicle, mistakes happen. just chill, you will get it one way or another

did you even take the time to reach out to Richard Brown who handles customer issues on here? he is a cool dude.. why don't you reach out to him politely and see what he says. did you bother to PM one of the naps reps on here for help? i would have told you exactly what i am telling you now to do which is reach out to Richard and be patient. if its in transit it means it is still on the way. sometimes packages take a few days, sometimes a few weeks. sometimes longer. i've had packages sent domestically take 2 months even. it happens man. if you ordered international then customs can hold onto your package for many weeks or longer. in rare situations it may even get seized, in that case yes you simply show them the letter and they happily reship to a new address.

Absolutely it’s necessary, the package isn’t coming. It’s US to US, it should take no longer than a week. I’ve been patient with them and it’s been a month with no results. How long do you think I should wait? 2 months? 2 years?

So being on TRT and not getting my hormones is literally nothing?
 
Man reach out to their mods I’m sure they will help. Naps has been around for a long time and you think they are going to screw you over on maybe 150 bucks for 2 bottles. I’m sure they will help with this.
I’ve sent them atleast 5 messages and theywanted me to wait until this past Monday and I did that. Do you think I wouldn’t reach out to them before coming in here. I’ve been doing business with them for 5 years now they’re giving me the run around.

What would you do? What are my options?

i can't imagine waiting till the last minute To order my gear and then complaining when the post office delays it
in Portugal sometimes the postman has a bad day and tosses our packages into the ocean. or they steal packages.
 
naspgear does a great job of making sure every pack gets to their customers fast

Man really? Do you not think that’s what I’ve been doing every day is checking tracking. It’s been stuck in transit for weeks. This is a US to US order that insured. All they have to do is look at the tracking and they’ll see that it’s lost.

They told me to wait until last Monday and they would resend it, it’s been another week and they still haven’t resent it. They want me to get letters from the post office knowing you can’t get anything done with the post office. That’s doing nothing but prolonging my order for no reason.

I’m not going to go to every forum, I’m just trying to make something happen because the people I’m in touch with at naps are no help. What are my options? I’ll wait on the guy you pinged for a response.

If someone has been a loyal customer to my business for years and they never received their package I would not hesitate to resend it. If the package was actually moving to other locations it wouldn’t be an issue. It’s been in the same place for weeks. Thanks for not censoring me, I’m being truthful and really like naps until this issue.

I think u like to name call because you are upset about something that I have nothing to do with as far as helping you get it fixed.

Also it is strange that napsgear wouldn't respond to a dm or any reps would not reply to you if u reached out to them, never seen it happen before so I am skeptical.

I read all the posts you put into this, also I'm replying into a public post made by napsgear that you decided on hijacking for some reason.

It hasn't even been a month chill, I've waited 5 weeks for packages before from companies etc, shit happens.

The guys told you and now I'm gonna tell you reach out to Richard Brown on here who handles customer side of things on this site.

You got to be patient these things don't get replaced or fixed over night it's a business it takes time.

Also you could always grab a bottle from a company in the meantime if u needed it that badly, furthermore running self trt vs doctor prescribed trt sometimes it has risks involved when things don't pan out etc, just part of it sometimes.

21 days is nothing when I've waited much longer.
