What are these really used for? Ive seen them in the gym and wanted to know if they can be used for anything useful ?

Not really. The original non-gym machines used in the first studies are WAY more powerful.

The increase blood flow and circulation. I like them but don't expect miracles.

Think its a good warm up tool gets the muscles and blood moving. Nothing wrong it.

They are, at best, a fad. Up their with ab rollers as good places to hang clothes on
