many sauces contain things like HFCS and soybean oil. not good no

All in all have you ever thought you've an issue? Why does EVERY bit of meat you eat need BBQ sauce

Have you ever read the ingredients list? The first ingredient is either sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

A much better option would be hot sauce

What is the brand? Most are garbage and sugar based.
