Unless the volume of oil is so high as to stretch the fascia... no

People get confused with site enhancing oils and localized injections.

When you inject a steroid into a muscle, it is released into your blood stream and flows throughout your entire body to deliver its mechanism of actions. Where you inject the steroid makes no difference
